After the $1.2B Redevelopment of the Lincoln Center Campus was completed in 2010, I was hired by LCPA to join their Operations Team. Below are pictures of public events and projects directly managed by myself with an amazing team of people.
Campus Coordination
The process of herding cats, dogs, and a few sloths. The campus has many stakeholders and many front doors that empty onto shared public spaces. This is where teamwork and my most personal growth occurred over the years. We would have never created, inspired, built, or helped our clients succeed without our working together and talking through the bumpy parts!
